Feel better, move better.

Get back to the activities you love.

Who We Are

We are a Performance Physical Therapy Clinic that believes Movement is Medicine. Moving and being active in a way that you enjoy, whether that’s walking, running, weight lifting, or being able to keep up with your kids or grand kids, is part of a healthy lifestyle that everyone deserves.

That’s why we go beyond just band-aid treatments to get rid of pain and instead, look at the body holistically, considering each individual’s goals and lifestyle when coming up with their treatment plan.

We help active adults, athletes, teens and health conscious people who are motivated to get over an injury and return to the active lifestyle they love.
